Bajj Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement Pakistan

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bajj. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you and Bajj ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your use of the website at bajj.click and all associated services, games, sports betting markets and promotions offered through that domain.

By creating a Bajj account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or use Bajj.

These Terms are written in straightforward English because we want every Pakistani member to understand exactly what the rules are. There are no hidden clauses buried at the bottom of this page. Everything that matters is clearly stated in the sections below.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on Bajj. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Bajj reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and any balance — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To register and use Bajj you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Register using accurate, truthful personal information.
• Not be self-excluded from Bajj or any affiliated platform.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or making transactions.
• Be the sole legal owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on Bajj. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device or household — is a serious breach of these Terms. Bajj uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited without notice.

2.4 Account Verification

Bajj may request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Verification requests are typically made before processing large withdrawals or if our fraud detection systems flag unusual activity. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Bajj username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Bajj will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Bajj support immediately at support@bajj.click and change your password.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including name, mobile number, email address and payment details — must be accurate and current. If your details change, update them promptly in your account settings or by contacting support. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Currency

All Bajj accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage of the deposit, play or withdrawal process when using Pakistani payment methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT). All balances, bets, winnings and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR.

3.4 Account Closure by the Member

You may close your Bajj account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining balance of real-money funds can be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out on voluntary closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Bajj accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals on Bajj are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is applied consistently across all accounts. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Bajj reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. These thresholds are set at our discretion and may be applied at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your Bajj account are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been fully completed. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Once the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus-derived balance converts to real money and can be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal minimums and conditions above.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All promotions offered by Bajj are subject to these general bonus rules as well as any specific terms stated for each individual promotion on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Each promotion is available once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bajj reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abusing bonuses — including through duplicate accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent method — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any Bajj bonus is stated as a multiplier — for example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 2,000 bonus means Rs 60,000 in eligible bets must be placed before any withdrawal can be made. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games, slots and virtual sports typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Maximum Bet While Using a Bonus

While an active bonus balance is in your Bajj wallet, the maximum permitted stake per bet is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the total bonus amount, whichever is lower. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active is a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus being voided.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bajj bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and any wagering progress associated with them are forfeited automatically.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet placed on Bajj is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number or the round commences (in the case of crash games and live casino). Bajj reserves the right to void bets placed in error — for example, where incorrect odds or game parameters were displayed due to a technical fault. In all such cases, stakes are returned to your wallet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed on each game or betting market within your Bajj account. Bajj reserves the right to apply different stake limits to individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, without prior notice.

6.3 Game Outcomes and RNG

All digital casino games on Bajj use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested for fairness. RNG outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by the platform, any player, or any external party. For provably fair crash games such as Aviator, the crash point is determined before the betting phase begins using a cryptographic hash function that is verifiable by the player.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets on Bajj. Winnings generated during a malfunction period are not valid and will not be paid. Bajj will communicate any such situations to affected members as promptly as possible.

6.5 Sports Betting – Settlement

Sports bets on Bajj are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition as published by the governing body or the official broadcaster. In-play bets are settled based on the score or result at the moment the bet was placed, subject to the specific rules of the market. Bajj does not consider unofficial sources for settlement purposes.

7. Responsible Gaming

Bajj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Pakistani members. We understand that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. We take that seriously and have invested in tools that help members stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available in your Bajj account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount.
• Loss Limits — Limit how much you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session length before you are automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks — Receive on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from Bajj if you feel you need to stop entirely.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajj and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening more than one account.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots or any other technical means.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures or betting markets.
• Using Bajj for any form of money laundering or illicit financial activity.
• Placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, a practice known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus whoring".
• Accessing Bajj using a VPN, proxy or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party.

Bajj cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions where prohibited activities are suspected. Account information may be shared with relevant authorities in such circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bajj.click — including but not limited to the Bajj brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Bajj or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of this content without the prior written consent of Bajj.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including but not limited to Spribe, Pragmatic Play and SmartSoft Gaming) remains the intellectual property of those suppliers and is licensed to Bajj for display on the platform. Your use of those games is governed by these Terms as well as the supplier's applicable game rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bajj provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bajj's liability to any member is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that member's wallet at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Bajj is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, opportunity or data arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity failures or mobile network issues on the member's side.
• Decisions made by members regarding when to place bets or cash out in crash games.
• Third-party payment processing delays beyond Bajj's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits Bajj's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

11. Privacy & Data

Bajj collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary: Bajj collects the information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support. Your data is not sold to any third parties. It may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services strictly as required for the operation of your account.

12. Changes to These Terms

Bajj may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members by email or via an on-platform notification at least seven days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of Bajj after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
