Everything Pakistani Players Should Know About Bajj Login
Account access, security, troubleshooting and what to do if something goes wrong
Logging in to Bajj should take about ten seconds. You enter your registered email and password — or request an OTP on your Pakistani mobile number — and you are in. That is the intended experience and that is how it works for most members most of the time. The information below covers the situations where things do not go exactly that smoothly, and explains how Bajj handles account security for Pakistani players in practical terms.
The most common login issue on Bajj is a forgotten password — specifically, members who registered a while back, have not logged in recently, and cannot remember which password they used. If this is you, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. Enter your registered email address and a password reset link is sent to that address. Click the link, set a new password, and you are straight back in. The link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent. If you do not receive the email within five minutes, check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with, Bajj login recovery requires a different process. Email us at support@bajj.click from any address and explain the situation. We will ask you to verify your identity using information linked to the account — your registered mobile number, date of birth, and potentially a copy of your CNIC — before any access recovery steps can be taken. This process exists to protect you: it prevents anyone else from recovering access to your account.
The mobile OTP login option on Bajj is there for members who prefer not to manage passwords, or who simply find it faster on mobile to get a one-time code rather than type a password. When you select the mobile tab on the Bajj login page and enter your +92 number, we send a six-digit OTP via SMS. Enter the code within three minutes and you are logged in. If the SMS does not arrive, check that you have mobile signal and try the resend option. OTPs expire after three minutes for security reasons.
A note on account sharing: Bajj accounts are personal and are not permitted to be shared between multiple people. If family members in the same household each want to use Bajj, each person must register their own individual account. Sharing accounts — even between spouses or siblings — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and can result in accounts being reviewed or restricted. If Bajj detects multiple people using the same account, we will contact the registered account holder to verify the situation.
After logging in to Bajj, the first thing many Pakistani members do is check their bonus balance and active promotions. Your bonus dashboard is inside the account area and shows exactly how much bonus credit you have, what the wagering requirement is, and how much progress you have made. If you received a welcome bonus when you registered, you can track your progress towards clearing it from here. New promotions — reload bonuses, cashback offers and tournament invitations — are also notified here first, before any email or SMS.
One thing worth being explicit about: Bajj will never contact you asking for your login credentials. Not via email, not via WhatsApp, not via any messaging app. If you receive a message claiming to be from Bajj and asking for your username, password, OTP or any personal information, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Instead, report the message to support@bajj.click so we can investigate and warn other Pakistani members. Legitimate Bajj support will only ever ask you to verify information after you have contacted us first — never the other way around.
If your Bajj account has been locked due to failed login attempts, the lockout typically lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you are still locked out after 30 minutes, or if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@bajj.click immediately. We can lock your account at the server level within minutes if you suspect a security breach — protecting your PKR balance and personal information while we investigate.
