Gaming on Bajj should be enjoyable — full stop. We have built practical tools directly into the platform so every Pakistani member can set real limits, take breaks, and stay in control of their experience. This page explains those tools and gives you honest information about recognising when gaming stops being fun.
Important: Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only. It carries financial risk and is not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, work or mental health, please use the tools on this page or contact the Bajj support team at support@bajj.click for immediate assistance. All responsible gaming tools on Bajj are free, immediate and available 24/7. You must be 18 or older to use Bajj.
Every one of these tools is available in your Bajj account settings right now — no request needed, no waiting period for most
Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount directly in your Bajj account settings. Once a limit is active, you cannot deposit above that amount during the period. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period before it activates — this is intentional, giving you time to reconsider.
Limit how much you can lose in a given period — daily, weekly or monthly. If your net losses reach your set limit, you will be unable to place further bets for the rest of that period. This is one of the most effective tools for preventing sessions from going further than you planned when you sat down to play.
Set a maximum length for any gaming session on Bajj. When your session reaches the limit, you will receive an on-screen notification and be automatically logged out. You can set this from 30 minutes up to 8 hours. Most responsible gaming research suggests sessions under 60 minutes lead to better overall outcomes.
Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the session. Reality checks appear at intervals you choose — every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Each reminder gives you the option to continue playing or end the session. Simple, unobtrusive and genuinely useful.
Take a break from Bajj without permanently closing your account. Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or 6 weeks are available. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended for play and deposits — but your account, balance and settings are preserved and ready when you return.
If you feel you need to stop entirely, self-exclusion permanently closes your Bajj account for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened, deposits are blocked, and you will not receive any promotional communications from Bajj. This is the most serious tool and is treated with full seriousness by our team.
Three steps from anywhere in your account
Use your registered email or mobile number and password at bajj.click. All responsible gaming tools are inside your account — no separate registration or request form is needed.
The Responsible Gaming section is permanently available in your account settings menu. It is not hidden or difficult to find — we made sure of that deliberately.
Choose the tool you want, enter your preferred limit or period, and confirm. Most limits (reductions, cooling-off, self-exclusion) take effect immediately. Limit increases have a 24-hour review period.
A sensible starting point recommended by responsible gaming research
These figures are illustrative examples only. Your actual limits are set entirely by you.
Responsible gaming starts with self-awareness. These are the most common signs that gaming may have moved from entertainment to something more concerning.
Chasing losses — placing larger or more frequent bets to try and recover money already lost.
Gaming for longer than intended, regularly — despite planning to stop after a short session.
Hiding gaming activity from family members, friends or your partner — feeling the need to keep it secret.
Borrowing money, using savings, or neglecting bills and household expenses because of gaming.
Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when not gaming, or using gaming to escape from stress or worry.
Trying to cut back on gaming but finding it difficult or impossible to do so despite wanting to stop.
Neglecting work, education, family responsibilities or social relationships because of time or money spent on gaming.
Needing to bet increasingly large amounts to get the same level of excitement from gaming as before.
If you recognise two or more of these signs in your own behaviour, please take a break immediately using the Bajj cooling-off tool or contact us at support@bajj.click. You do not need to be in a crisis to ask for help — reaching out early is always the right call.
Answer honestly — this is for your benefit only. No data from this assessment is recorded by Bajj.
1. In the past month, have you spent more money on gaming than you originally planned?
2. Have you tried to win back money you lost through gaming?
3. Has gaming affected your relationships or responsibilities?
4. Do you feel anxious or irritable when you are not able to play?
5. Have you borrowed money or sold anything to fund gaming?
Why we built responsible gaming tools into the core of the platform rather than treating them as an afterthought
When Bajj was built for the Pakistani market, responsible gaming was treated as a core product requirement — not a regulatory checkbox to be ticked and forgotten. The tools described on this page were not added after the fact. They were built into the platform architecture from the beginning because we believe a gaming platform that does not actively support its members' wellbeing is not a good platform, regardless of how entertaining the games are.
The reality is that for the vast majority of Bajj members, responsible gaming simply means keeping gaming in its correct place — a form of entertainment with a defined budget, played for enjoyment, with clear boundaries around time and money. Most Pakistani players who use Bajj are doing exactly this already. They set a monthly amount they are comfortable spending on entertainment, they play within that, and they enjoy the experience. The tools on this page exist to support that natural behaviour and to make maintaining those boundaries easier.
For a smaller number of players, gaming can become problematic. The signs are not always obvious to the person experiencing them — problem gambling tends to develop gradually rather than appearing suddenly. Bajj monitors account activity for patterns that may indicate a member is experiencing difficulties — unusually rapid escalation in bet sizes, extended session times, frequent near-limit deposits and similar signals. Where these patterns appear, Bajj may proactively reach out to the member to check in and remind them of the available tools.
We want to be direct about something that often gets glossed over: the house always has a mathematical edge in casino games and the bookmaker has an edge in sports betting. Bajj is a legitimate entertainment business because of that edge. Over the long term, most players will lose more than they win. This is not a secret — it is the fundamental nature of gambling. Playing Bajj responsibly means understanding this and treating any money deposited as an entertainment budget rather than an investment. When you look at it that way — the same way you might budget for a cinema trip, a cricket match or a meal out — gaming becomes a genuinely enjoyable leisure activity with clear value.
The minimum deposit on Bajj is Rs 500. We did not set it low as a marketing trick. We set it low because we want Pakistani members to be able to genuinely experience the platform with an amount that is comfortable for them — not feel pressured to deposit more than they are comfortable with just to access the games. Similarly, the Rs 500 minimum withdrawal means you can take winnings out in small amounts without needing to accumulate a large balance. These are deliberate responsible gaming decisions baked into the platform's basic structure.
Self-exclusion at Bajj is treated as a serious, permanent commitment for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has passed — even if you change your mind. We know this can feel frustrating in the moment, but it is exactly what the tool is designed to do. The cooling-off period built into the reversal process gives you time to ensure you are making a considered decision rather than an impulsive one. If you are requesting to end a self-exclusion, our support team will ask you to confirm on two separate occasions before the account is reactivated.
Bajj's age verification process is thorough by design. We check age at registration and again at the point of first withdrawal for all accounts. Minors who register using false information will have their accounts closed, all deposited funds returned to the originating payment method, and all winnings forfeited. This is not a punishment — it is our obligation to protect young people from access to gambling services. If you suspect a minor has access to a Bajj account, contact us at support@bajj.click immediately.
